- Returns & Replacements
- The return instructions are located on the back of the invoice provided with your order. Please remember that CompraLux will not accept a returned item if damaged and/or the identification security tag has been removed or altered in any way. Under our 30-day/10-day Return Policy, items must be received in the CompraLux’s warehouse within 30-days/10-days from the original shipment date.
Please refer to our 30-day/10-day Return policy and our Limited 90-Day warranty information located in the Terms and Conditions.
Complete the bottom portion of the invoice which is the return form and include in the return package. Please retain the remaining portion of the invoice for your own records. **We do not accept returns in person.

- What types of payment options are available?
CompraLux accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Credit and Debit cards. Unfortunately, we do not accept checks, money orders or cash as full payment is required at the time of purchase. Your credit card details are encrypted to keep them completely secure.
- The price for a particular product is the fixed price for that product, subject to the terms of Section 2 of the Terms and Conditions. The price of the product does not include applicable taxes, shipping and handling charges—all of which will be added at the time Customer is billed. Residents of certain states will be charged sales taxes, to the extent required by law, at the applicable rate(s). A JN Jewelers agent will inform Customer of the applicable shipping and handling charges pertaining to Customer’s pending Order at the time such Order is placed. Purchase prices and all other charges (including taxes) will be stated in U.S. dollars.
